Dear Mr. Utpala,

Dear Mr. Utpala, Hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to follow up on our engagement a few years ago regarding the purchase of the old house with one acre of land that belongs to your mother. Now, I wanted to bring to your attention that during our recent discussion on 14th May 2023, you agreed to return all the money I had given you, along with interest, by June 30th, 2023. I appreciate your commitment to resolving this matter within a specific timeframe. I earned my hard-earned money with great effort to meet my needs. When I gave you that money for buying a house, I made a significant investment in it. The understanding was that your mother would hand over the house with the land to me, as we had legally agreed upon in the first phase. The continuous delay of several years in fulfilling this agreement is a matter of great concern for me. It is evident that the land and house have not been handed over as promised. This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience an

Dear Mr. Utpala,

Dear Mr. Utpala, Hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to follow up on our engagement a few years ago regarding the purchase of the old house with one acre of land that belongs to your mother. You may recall that I gave you a sum of 5 lakhs for the transfer of the house and land initially , and it was understood that your mother would hand over the property to me as soon as the arrangements were made. However, it has been several years now, and I haven't received the land or any updates regarding it. as you know, when I visited the property to inquire about the delay, I came across you meant that the price of the house had gone up and that you were no longer interested in selling it to me. That was disappointing, but I can understand if your plans have changed. Now, I wanted to bring to your attention that you promised to return my advance payment of 5 lakhs and one lakh (together with interest) that I made for the funeral arrangements of your mother in mid 2022. durin

Dear Mr. Utpala,

A few years ago, I made an engagement with the people of Utpala to buy an old house with a plot of one acre.

A few years ago, I made an engagement with the people of Utpala to buy an old house with a plot of one acre. I first gave a sum of 5 lakhs for the transfer of houses along with this land.   According to that agreement, his mother promised to hand over this land to me as soon as the arrangements were made, but with time, I realized that the people called Utpala are not interested in this. Due to the sudden passing away of Utpala's mother, Utpala asked me for an advance payment of another one hundred thousand to carry out the funeral arrangements for her mother. I gave that one lakh amount as per his request. However, Utpala continued to neglect to hand over the land with the house to me. Several years have been dragged on in vain. The handover of the land did not happen as promised by the Utpala people. Later one day when I was about to go to the house where I had paid the advance, Utpala blocked me. There he told me that the price of the house has now increased and he can sell it
