හමුදා නීතිය මගින් සොල්දාදුවා කොටුවනවා නොවෙයිද ? අනිත් කාරණය  සොල්දාදුවාට පළමුව අභියෝගයක් ලෙස  මුහුණ දෙන්න වෙන්නේ යුදහමුදා අධිකරණයයි.  කෙසේ නමුත් මෙය මතභේදාත්මකයි.වලංගු නැතිකියමනකි.
